I come from a food-loving family with a background in biotechnology, nutrition, and food science. Specialist in dairy technology, food systems and product development with experience from the food industry (AAK, Skånemejerier, Bush Boake Allen, Tetra Pak) as well as Lunds University. I'm a passionate kombucha drinker and fermentation promoter. After a couple of years immersed deep in the dairy industry, I researched insect and plant proteins as alternative sources for cheese. By the end of the project, I got a taste of the potential in developing new plant-based products and founded Stockeld Dreamery (then Noquo Foods) in early 2019 with Sorosh Tavakoli. That's the history, now we are developing next generation cheese, and who knows what we will do in the future!
