After two years of R&D we are now (finally!) launching our first product which is of course a bit scary and overwhelming but at the same time super exciting. The Marketing function is key to both commercialize the business and build the awesome Stockeld story and this magic will be created together with Sales (headed by Magnus), PR (lead by Daniel), and in close collaboration with Product Development.
We are therefore looking for our next marketing star who will be our Creative Social Wizard and make sure people get what the world’s most ambitious cheese is all about - on all relevant SoMe platforms.
Our strategy and where we’re at
With the ambition to become a category leader and build a company to last, we are not taking things lightly. We are investing heavily in developing superior products and we need an outstanding brand identity, presence and tone of voice in all conversations to ensure people get us and our products. Initially we will focus on the Swedish market with the purpose of learning more about our brand and our products before we expand to other markets. Our products will be sold in a number of channels ranging from restaurants and cafeterias to large scale retail and D2C.
Being the Creative Social Wizard in the team means nailing our tonality when speaking to the most important people - our friends (aka partners and consumers). Finding creative ways of telling our stories on SoMe, responding to tricky questions coming from our curious followers and creating content that people will give a sh*t about - requires a wizard. We aim for high impact and we want to do things that haven't been done before.
In this position you will report to myself (Katarina Szostak, Head of Marketing & Product Development). I can’t wait to team up with you to put the world’s most ambitious cheese on the map!
Who we believe you are
You don’t have to be vegan, actually, none of us are 100% strict about it, but we do expect you to have worked with Social Media before and preferably with content creation, some performance marketing and definitely delivered some high impact/disruptive SoMe campaigns. You might come from an agency, or work as a Community Manager for a (food) start-up, or in another creative environment where your savvy communication skills, sharp eyes for copy and high proficiency in community management has been put in practice. We believe you have 2-4 years of creative work experience and that you have a great interest in food and/or experience from the consumer goods industry. If you know the basics of video editing and photo retouch and have knowledge in any technical design tool (such as photoshop, illustrator etc) then that’s a big bonus!
As a person, you have a hands-on prestigeless mentality, an analytical and structured way of working with attention to detail. As communication is key, your verbal and writing skills are top-notch in both Swedish and English.
You will be the voice of Stockeld in Social. How cool isn’t that?
